Sacral monuments

Central Moravia is one of the most popular destinations for supporters of spiritual traditions in the Czech Republic. The largest concentration of sacred monuments can be found in Olomouc; however, sites of appreciable religious importance are found throughout the region. Set out to explore Jewish settlements and pilgrimage sites. An architectural gem, the pilgrimage basilica on Holy Hill, dominates the Olomouc area and is visited not only by pilgrims, but also admirers of Baroque beauty.
