Potato dumplings with cracknels


You are here:
1 kg of ground boiled potatoes, 0.5 kg of semolina, 2 eggs, 150 g of ground cracknels, 3 rolls cut into cubes, 2 - 3 spoons of milk

Stir it all together. If the dough is tough, add a little milk, if it is thin, add semolina. Form smaller dumplings and boil them for about 20 minutes. You can fill the dumplings with cut smoked meat or ground fatter salami instead of cracknels. Sprinkle with fried breadcrumbs.
