Meat jelly


You are here:
pork knuckle, two pork legs, tongue, 30 dkg of vegetables (carrot, parsley root and celery), bay leaf, whole peppercorns, allspice, vinegar

Cook a nice pork knuckle, pork legs and tongue together with the vegetables in salty water, while adding a bay leaf, peppercorns and allspice, until soft. Then cut it all into slices and add into a strained broth. You can add a little vinegar according to taste, place it into a roasting pan and let it cool down - harden.
