Put the same amount of milk and water into a pot, add salt and caraway seed and let it cook. Add cut "Tvarůžky" into the boiling liquid, add fresh butter and remove from the heat. In the meantime, crumble older curd into a bowl, pour the boiling liquid on it and let it stand for a while. Serve with bread or potatoes.
