Dumplings with curd

You are here:
1 l of flour, 3/8 l of milk, 4 yolks, 4 whipped egg whites, 3 spoons of flour, you can add a little baking powder, grated curd, sugar, butter

Stir all the ingredients together. Put small pieces into boiling water using a spoon. Remove the cooked dumplings and place them in a bowl, sprinkle them with grated curd, sugar and coat with butter.
