Olomouc – Tourist Season 2012
The catchword for the 2012 summer season is "family friendly." The new concept includes a number of activities suitable for families with children. Apart from the traditional bicycle rentals, visitors to the city will be invited to use rafts as well as an original and comfortable means of transportation - quadracycles.
Bicycle rentals will be available to tourists at the information centre, where visitors can order not only the bicycles but also guides who will ride bicycles with them and provide commentary on the sights. Some bicycles are equipped with baby seats.
As was the case in the last few years, tourists are invited once again to see the city sights from rafts.
The well-established audio-guides as well as their modernised versions with GPS-navigation devices will be available at the information centre for visitors who do not like to be limited to fixed tour times.
